Mike Ellis Music Instruction offers half hour and hour private lessons on guitar, bass, piano, and banjo, in its north Dallas location. There is a comfortable waiting area for parents or family and friends, restrooms, and a view of the student and teacher.
Mike teaches all levels of guitar and bass guitar, beginning to intermediate piano with a focus on accompaniment in a performing situation, and beginning banjo. Instruction on all four instruments is accompanied by solid music theory, ear training, and appreciation of the style and structure of music.
There are no recitals required of students. Note reading for guitar, bass, and banjo are provided only if requested.
Half-hour lessons are $20.00 per lesson, once each week, paid monthly.
